Questions & Answers Regarding Orders:

- I Only See The Specials - Do You Have Anything Else Available??
Yes we do! If you scroll down the first page you get to on our web site, you will be able to see everything that we have available for sale. The specials appear only at the top of the page

- How do I place an order?
Just click on "Place Order" (our main page), type in the quantity of each item you are interested in, After you enter "Update Order", on the bottom of the page, you will be presented with the "Login" page.Enter your eMail address and password at the upper right hand side. You will be able to see your shopping cart and shipping information. At this point you can: enter: GO BACK, VIEW ORDER or PURCHASE. If you enter PURCHASE you will see a confirmation screen showing exactly what you have ordered. You will be emailed a copy of your order immediately. After the order has been packed, you will also be emailed a tracking number. You can expect your order to ship the same day, as long as we have the order before 2:00 pm, East Coast time. When your order is completed, an order ID number will be displayed on the final screen. You can use this number to track your orders later.

- Can I add to my existing order?
NO! You need to submit a brand new order. We process thousands of orders and an order placed on the web at say 10:00 will be packed and sitting in a UPS feeder truck by 10:20. It is nearly impossible to interrupt this order stream to make changes. Please be sure to confirm exactly what you want to order before you submit it.

- How Do I Cancel An Order?
If an error has been made and an order needs to be cancelled, please call customer service immediately. If the order is already on the UPS feeder truck and we cannot pull it back out, then it cannot be cancelled and you would be responsible for shipping costs and a possible restocking fee if the order is refused. So please make sure all of your questions are answered before placing your order.

- International Orders:
You would place your order, we would fax a proforma invoice showing all relevant terms (ie payment, shipping, delivery etc). You would send a wire transfer to our bank and upon confirmation of receipt of funds, we would ship the same day. We use all major, reputable worldwide freight forwarders and carriers. We are very familiar with the documentation process and can pack and document your order correctly and promptly.

- How Do You Ship? How Long Will It Take?
- How Much Will Shipping Be? How Long Will It Take?
We charge the standard UPS and do not add in any handling charges or additional fees. Ditto All of our product descriptions also list weight. You can enter this info at the UPS web site to get a good estimate of your shipping cost. After you submit your order, you will receive an email along with the tracking numbers.

UPS takes anywhere from a day, local in Florida to 2-4 days to midwest states up to 7 to 9 days on the West coast. If you need something urgently, we ship all modes and methods and can offer overnight, two day or three day services.

- Can I Get A Copy Of My Invoice? Looking Up Previous Orders…
Yes! You can track orders for anything that you're ordered. Just click on "Track Order"and enter your customer ID and password. You will be presented with all of your orders..
